Wigan-based home delivery firm ArrowXL has been acquired by the Jacky Perrenot Group, a pan-European logistics and transportation business with a turnover of €1.2 billion.
The ArrowXL senior executive team will remain in their roles.
Jacky Perrenot has 170 locations across France, Spain, Portugal and the Benelux.
