Northern Bear CFO to leave after six months at firm

Newcastle-based building services group Northern Bear plc announced that Julian Davis will be stepping down from his roles as chief financial officer and director — after just six months at the company.

“Julian will leave the board with immediate effect, but will continue to work closely with the board to ensure an orderly handover of responsibilities and to finalise the interim results for the six months ended 30 September 2025, which are expected to be published during the week commencing 24 November 2025,” said Northern Bear.

“The board has commenced a process to review the role and identify a suitable successor, and a further announcement in this regard will be made once an appointment has been made.

“The board would like to thank Julian for his contribution to the company and wishes him every success in his future endeavours.”
