Renew, Leeds engineer, reports record £924m orders

Leeds-based engineering services and infrastructure group Renew Holdings plc has reported a record group order book as at December 31, 2025, of £924 million, up from £905 million a year earlier.

In an AGM statement, Renew chair David Brown said: “Trading in the first quarter of the new financial year continues to give the board confidence in meeting its full year expectations.

“This is supported by the group’s strong framework positions and a record group order book as at 31 December 2025 of £924m (31 December 2024: £905m).

“Our strong balance sheet continues to support our well-developed M&A pipeline where we have a number of opportunities in our target growth sectors. Emerald Power, acquired in October 2025, has integrated well and is trading in line with expectations.

“The enduring structural growth drivers in the UK’s regulated infrastructure markets and the strength of our business expertise, means the group is well positioned to capitalise on its long-term opportunities, and the board looks to the future with confidence.”
