Wetherby-based CCL Facades, the specialist façade division of Caddick Construction Group, is set to embark on ambitious expansion plans as the business eyes a target pipeline of almost £100 million across the North and Midlands of England.
The business’ targeted growth follows a period of sustained success, which saw CCL Facades achieve a £9.6 million turnover for its first full trading year ending August 2024. This is projected to grow to £13.1 million and £16 million respectively for the 2024/25 and 2025/26 financial years.
Established in 2022 after Caddick Construction Group’s acquisition of assets and IP from Speedclad, CCL Facades has rapidly positioned itself as one of the industry’s most innovative façade contractors.
Under the leadership of managing director Tony Blake, the business has grown from a team of nine to 29 employees and combines technical expertise, design innovation, and collaborative delivery to deliver a range of facade solutions.
To date, CCL Facades has delivered more than £40 million of projects, completed 26 schemes, and currently has 10 projects live on site, with a further 22 projects in the pipeline valued at approximately £99 million.
CCL Facades operates across all of Caddick Construction Group’s key regions, including the North West, North East, Yorkshire, and Midlands, with a growing portfolio of commercial, residential, healthcare, and education projects. This includes One City Park in Bradford.
MD Blake said: “Our journey over the past three years has been one of transformation and growth. From a small, specialist team, we’ve built a dynamic, award-winning business delivering some of the most technically advanced façades in the UK.
“We’re proud to be strengthening our partnerships both within and beyond the Caddick Group, and our £100 million pipeline reflects the confidence our clients place in us.
“With an exceptional team and innovative solutions like Speedpanel, we’re perfectly positioned to continue this upward trajectory.”
