Boohoo completes £3.3m PrettyLittleThing deal

Manchester-based online fashion retailer plc said it completed the acquisition of 66% of 21 Three Clothing Company Ltd — known as PrettyLittleThing — for £3.3 million in cash. said PrettyLittleThing is “a fast growing, international online retail brand, which complements boohoo’s own inclusive and innovative brand.”

Nasty Gal filed for Chapter 11 bankruptcy code protection in the US Bankruptcy Court on November 9, 2016.
