Manchester-based cyber security and risk mitigation firm NCC Group said it sold the Open Registry group of companies for about €3.75 million.
The Open Registry group of companies comprises Open Registry SA, ClearingHouse for Intellectual Property SA, Nexperteam CVBA and Sensirius CVBA.
These have been sold to KeyDrive SA and Terrain.com SA subject to customary closing adjustments.
NCC said €2 million was paid in cash at completion with €1.75 million deferred for 18 months and that the deferred consideration attracts interest.
