Henry Boot in social housing move with Starfish stake

Sheffield-based Henry Boot Construction Limited has acquired a majority shareholding in Derbyshire-based Starfish Commercial Limited for a nominal sum.

Starfish is a housing contractor and established supplier to several housing associations and local authorities. It has offices in offices in Chesterfield and Ellesmere Port.

“The company’s position as an established provider of affordable and social housing enables Henry Boot Construction Limited to take a step into this new operational area,” said Henry Boot.
