Doncaster’s Clean Power Hydrogen in executive changes

Doncaster-based Clean Power Hydrogen plc (CPH2) has announced changes to its executive team.

CPH2, a green hydrogen technology and manufacturing company that has developed the IP-protected Membrane-Free Electrolyser (MFE), confirmed that Arash Selahi has been promoted to chief operating officer.

Selahi has been the company’s head of operations since May 2022.

CPH2 said Selahi will be focused on “leading the safe and sustainable operations of the business through the development and implementation of the most efficient processes possible for the delivery of the company’s product to the market.”

Further to previous announcements, the company confirmed that James Hobson has taken up his role of chief financial officer (CFO) and executive director.

Clive Brook has now retired from his role as CFO and as a director of the company.

The firm is also in the process of identifying a new chief technical officer to join in early 2023 and further supplement the strengthened management team.

CPH2 Jon Duffy said: We are delighted to announce the promotion of Arash to his role as the Group’s Chief Operating Officer and to welcome James in his role as Chief Financial Officer.

“Both roles will aid in further strengthening the senior management of the Company and will enhance our structure as we upscale the business to deliver on our existing order book and the increasingly strong indication of interest in our products that we are seeing.

I’d like to express the Board’s sincere thanks and good wishes to Clive for his hard work and commitment in seeing the company through its early development and the rigorous IPO process.”
