NCC Group, the Manchester-based global cyber security firm, said its auditor KPMG has requested additional time to complete its work on the firm’s results for the year ended May 31, 2023.

“Consequently, the group will announce its results on Wednesday 27 September 2023 (previously announced date of Thursday 14 September 2023),” said NCC.

“The group still expects to report an adjusted EBIT in line with the expected outturn that was included in the company’s June 2023 trading update.  

“Current trading is in line with expectations with cost efficiencies across Cyber Security and corporate functions already being realised. 

“In FY24, the board still expects to make modest improvement in Group Adjusted EBIT driven by both the Cyber Security and Software Resilience businesses.   

“Execution of the next chapter of NCC Group’s strategy is progressing well, with our global delivery and operations centre in Manila opening by the end of September 2023.   

“We look forward to sharing more about this and our other strategic achievements on Wednesday 27 September 2023.”
