Victorian Plumbing CEO Radcliffe’s stake rises to £125m

Skelmersdale, Lancashire-based bathroom retailer Victorian Plumbing Group said this week that its CEO Mark Radcliffe has received 5.35 million shares “at nil consideration” from his mother Carole Radcliffe.

“Following this transaction, Mark Radcliffe holds 158,433,657 ordinary shares, representing approximately 48.55% of the company’s issued share capital,” said Victorian Plumbing.

At its current share price of about 80p, Mark Radcliffe’s stake in the firm is worth roughly £125 million.

In November 2023 Victorian Plumbing Group said its revenue rose 6% to £285.1 million and adjusted profit before tax climbed 29% to £20.3 million in the year to September 30, 2023.

Full year dividend per share rose 27% to 1.40p.
