Chester-based identity data company GB Group (GBG) said on Wednesday its revenues increased 19.9% to £143.5 million in the year to March 31 and profit before tax rose 10% to £14.7 million.
The firm said its international revenues grew from 34% to 45% of total revenue, with encouraging performances in North America and Asia Pacific.
GB Group’s total number of employees has increased to nearly 1,000, working in 16 countries.
The firm said it enjoyed key wins including Discover Financial Services, N26, Bosch, BNI, Kohls and eBay.
In February, GBG agreed to acquire IDology, a US-based provider of identity verification and fraud prevention services for £233 million in cash.
