Leeds-based Tracsis plc, a provider of software and services for the traffic data and transportation industry, said on Monday its chief financial officer Max Cawthra will stand down from his position in early 2021.
Tracsis said Andrew Kelly, 43, will join the group on February 1, 2021, as its new CFO.
“Andy is a qualified Chartered Accountant and is currently Vice President Finance & IT, of Vitec Production Solutions, a Division of The Vitec Group plc and was previously Group Financial Controller,” said Tracsis.
“Prior to joining Vitec, Andy worked for Anglo American plc, Carphone Warehouse plc, and trained with Deloitte LLP.
“Max will remain with the business for a period of time after Andy’s appointment in order to facilitate a smooth transition and handover process …
“The board believes that Andy is a very strong replacement and will be well positioned to work alongside Chris Barnes, chief executive officer, to take the group forwards and deliver its strategic objectives.
“Andy has a broad range of financial experience achieved across a range of industries, and has the skillset and aptitude to take Tracsis to the next level.”
