Skipton Building Society has announced the sale of its subsidiary company Connells Limited’s holding of 64.68% in TM Group (UK) Limited, a provider of property searches and services, to Dye & Durham (UK) Limited.

“The cash consideration for the disposal of the group’s shares is £58.7m on a cash free debt free basis,” said Skipton.
