Leeds-based engineering services and infrastructure group Renew Holdings announced its revenue rose 7.3% to £849 million in the year ended September 30, 2022, and profit before tax increased 21.4% to £49.5 million.
Full year dividend rose 6.3% to 17p.
Renew Holdings’ order book rose to £775 million from £749 million.
The Leeds firm also announced it agreed to acquireEnisca Group Limited, a water contractor based in Northern Ireland for £15.6 million.
