Leeds Building Society said on Tuesday that Lynn McManus, non-executive director and chair of its remuneration committee, will leave the UK’s fifth-largest mutual in the new year to take up a “unique” opportunity.

“Lynn will be commencing a full-time executive role at another financial institution and she leaves the Society with our warmest wishes for the future,” said Leeds Building Society.

“We are pleased to announce that Annette Barnes, an existing NED and member of remuneration committee, will take on the role as chair of remuneration committee (subject to regulatory approval).”
