Manchester-based online holiday retailer On the Beach Group plc (OTB) said on Friday its new executive leadership team is now in place.

Shaun Morton has succeeded Simon Cooper as chief executive officer and Cooper has transitioned to his new role of “Founder Director NED.”

Meanwhile, Jon Wormald has joined the board as group chief financial officer.

“The Nomination Committee is progressing a search for an additional independent Non-Executive Director to complement the existing balance of skills and experience on the board,” said the company.

“Once this position is filled, the board composition will remain in line with the requirements of the UK Corporate Governance Code.

“An update will be given at the appropriate time.”
