Leeds-based transport data analytics firm Tracsis plc announced that Jill Easterbrook will be appointed non-executive chair of the board from September 1, 2023.
Easterbrook joined Tracsis as a non-executive director in October 2022 and is currently chair of the remuneration committee. She is non-executive chair of Headland Consultancy and is a non-executive director on the boards of FTSE 100 companies Auto Trader Group plc and Ashtead Group plc, as well as international household brands company UP Global Sourcing Holdings plc.
Tracsis is a provider of software, hardware, data analytics/GIS and services for the rail, traffic data and wider transport industries.
Easterbrook will succeed Chris Cole, non-executive chair of Tracsis since 2014.
Tracsis is in the process of recruiting a new non-executive director who will replace Easterbrook as chair of the remuneration committee.
