PERI Group of Weissenhorn in Germany has acquired Mabey Hire, the Dewsbury, West Yorkshire-based firm that specilaizes in infrastructure and renovation construction projects.

Mabey Hire’s portfolio includes groundshoring for excavations, propping and jacking for renovation, temporary bridges for access and sensors for all phases of construction projects. The company has around 400 employees at 16 locations in the UK.
