Croda International, the Snaith, East Yorkshire-based FTSE 100 specialty chemicals giant, said it has appointed Stephen Oxley as Chief Financial Officer and Executive Director.
A qualified accountant, Oxley is currently CFO of Johnson Matthey plc, the chemicals and sustainable technologies company, and was previously a partner at KPMG where he spent nearly 30 years advising global companies across consumer, healthcare and industrial sectors.
Oxley will join Croda no later than 1 April 2025 following a notice period, the company said. Anthony Fitzpatrick, President Strategy, Corporate Development & Industrial Specialties, has been appointed Interim Chief Financial Officer.
